用途:BTC-100X根系生長(zhǎng)動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)是利用微根管(Minirhizotron,又稱(chēng)微根窗)技術(shù)用于非破壞性監(jiān)測(cè)分析根系動(dòng)態(tài)的儀器技術(shù),它是一種非破壞性、定點(diǎn)直接觀察和研究植物根系的方法,其優(yōu)點(diǎn)是在不干擾細(xì)根生長(zhǎng)過(guò)程的前提下,能連續(xù)監(jiān)測(cè)單個(gè)細(xì)根從出生到死亡的變化過(guò)程,也能記錄細(xì)根乃至根毛和菌根的生長(zhǎng)、生產(chǎn)和物候等特征,是估計(jì)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)地下C分配和N平衡研究的有效方法,結(jié)合所提供根系分析軟件,能夠?qū)⒏迪嚓P(guān)數(shù)據(jù)定量化,包括根的長(zhǎng)度、面積、根尖數(shù)量、直徑分布格局、死亡根及存活根數(shù)量等等。還可以根據(jù)用戶(hù)需求監(jiān)測(cè)土壤水分狀況,從而研究根系所在區(qū)域內(nèi)溶質(zhì)運(yùn)移及水分脅迫所引起的生理變化,廣泛運(yùn)用于苗木培養(yǎng)、作物生長(zhǎng)模型研究、根系病理分析、昆蟲(chóng)行為生態(tài)等領(lǐng)域。
工作原理:BTC-100X根系生長(zhǎng)動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)利用微根管技術(shù),整套系統(tǒng)由成像頭、控制模塊、手柄、光源、微根管等部件組成。將成像頭伸入埋設(shè)在根系周?chē)奈⒏軆?nèi),通過(guò)控制模塊進(jìn)行根系圖像抓取成像,然后使用預(yù)裝在電腦上的專(zhuān)業(yè)根系分析軟件系統(tǒng)對(duì)混合圖像進(jìn)行分析,從而跟蹤了解其生長(zhǎng)過(guò)程。
